Phoebe’s hat for WI Palace garden party
I was thrilled to to be asked by the local branch of the Women’s Institute to design and make a hat for their representative to wear at the centenary celebration of the WI at a Buckingham Palace garden party in June this year. This is Phoebe’s hat and I was very pleased with the results. Phoebe’s dress was blue linen matching the ribbon and beads on the hat.
